If You Like Piña Coladas
There are only a few things that can instantly get me in a tropical mood. One of them is a good ole piña colada. This recipe makes for a nutritious morning smoothie. Minus any alcohol, it’s great for watching the sunrise, commuting to work, or sipping through your morning to keep the sunny skies shining.
  1. Cut the banana into 1/2 inch pieces into the blender/or NutriBullet cup.
  2. Drop frozen fruit mix in next.
  3. Pour in coconut milk.
  4. Cover & blend until smooth.
  5. Decorate your glass with a cute little umbrella pick and straw, and sip away your worries.
