Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Chop up veggies into 1-2 inch pieces.
  3. Spread veggies and spices over a pan, and drizzle with olive oil, making sure it is evenly spread.
  4. Place in pre-heated oven and roast until cooked to preference.
