When the weather turns warm, and the evenings still have sunlight, there’s nothing like a nice mojito in your hand. Try this healthier, virgin version!
Ingredients
- 5 Fresh Mint leaves
- Few splashes Lime juice (x2)
- 1 can Lime Mint Seltzer Water (prefferably no added sugar, no artifical sweetener)
- 2 Ice cubes

Instructions
- Place fresh mint in a mortar and splashes of lime juice on top.
- Gently grind the mint leaves down without breaking them to release the mint oils.
- *If you don't have a mortar and pestle. Take the mint leaves in your fingers, bending and twisting without breaking the leaves.
- Place mint leaves and lime juice in the glass. Add second splashes of lime juice.
- Drop in ice cubes.
- Top off glass with seltzer.
- Try adding some strawberry slices for added flavor!
